Children’s Yoga (Ages 2–5, with Caregiver) with Miss Amanda
A playful, free karma class for children and their caregivers as part of my training. This class includes gentle movement, songs, and sensory exploration to support early body awareness, coordination, and connection between caregiver and child. All I ask is for your feedback at the end of class. A waiver must be signed prior to the start of class.
Location: TBD — classes will be held in the park (Crothers Conservation Area, Wallaceburg, ON, Canada) when weather allows, with the studio as backup location in case of rain.
