About the event
Children’s Yoga (Ages 5–10)
A fun, free karma class offered as part of my training, designed to help children explore mindfulness, movement, and calm in a playful, supportive space. This class encourages self-expression, focus, and emotional regulation through yoga, breath, and mindfulness games. All I ask is for your feedback at the end of class. A waiver must be signed prior to the start of class.
Location: TBD — classes will be held in the park (Crothers Conservation Area, Wallaceburg, ON, Canada) when weather allows, with the studio as backup location in case of rain.
