Rootling Studio Terms & Conditions Registration & Payment All class registrations require advance payment or valid class pack 4-week themed sessions must be paid in full at registration Class packs are non-refundable but transferable within your household Prices subject to change with 30 days notice Class Pack Validity 3-Class Pack: valid 2 months from purchase 5-Class Pack: valid 3 months from purchase 10-Class Pack: valid 4 months from purchase 25-Class Pack: valid 6 months from purchase 50-Class Pack: valid 12 months from purchase Expired packs cannot be refunded or extended Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before class to retain your credit Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows forfeit the class 4-week themed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded once started Rootling Studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances; full credit or refund will be provided Health & Safety Participants attend at their own risk Inform instructor of injuries, health conditions, or accessibility needs before class Parents/caregivers are responsible for supervising children in Sprouts & Stems classes Follow all studio safety guidelines and respect sensory-friendly protocols Conduct & Respect Treat all participants, instructors, and space with kindness and respect Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund Photography/recording requires consent from instructor and participants Liability Waiver By attending, you waive Rootling Studio and all instructors from liability for injury or loss Participants are responsible for their own belongings Privacy Personal information is used for registration and communication only We do not share your information with third parties Contact us to update or remove your information Contact Questions?
