Rootling Studio Terms & Conditions
Participation in Rootling Studio yoga classes and creative classes is voluntary. Creative classes may include Photography 101, Kids’ Creative Art Play, Scrapbooking, and other creative workshops or series.
For yoga classes, the participant understands that yoga involves physical activity and confirms participation is voluntary. The participant confirms being in good health and having no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. The participant agrees to inform the instructor of any changes to health or physical condition before or during class.
For creative classes, the participant understands that activities may involve the use of art materials, tools, paper, scissors, adhesives, cameras, technology, or other supplies related to the class. The participant agrees to use materials and equipment with care, follow instructor guidance, and participate in a respectful and safe manner.
For children’s creative classes, a parent or guardian confirms that any important support needs, allergies, sensitivities, medical concerns, behavioural considerations, or participation preferences have been shared with Rootling Studio before class. A parent or guardian also confirms that the child is able to participate safely with the level of support provided in the class setting.
The participant, or parent or guardian where applicable, agrees to inform the instructor of any health, safety, accessibility, sensory, mobility, allergy, or comfort concerns that may affect participation. Rootling Studio and its instructors will make reasonable efforts to support a safe, welcoming, and inclusive class experience.
The participant, or parent or guardian where applicable, releases and holds harmless Rootling Studio and all instructors, facilitators, staff, and representatives from any liability for injury, loss, allergic reaction, property damage, or other harm that may occur during participation in yoga classes, creative classes, workshops, or related activities.
The participant, or parent or guardian where applicable, has read and agrees to Rootling Studio’s Terms & Conditions.
Registration & Payment
All class registrations require advance payment or a valid class pack.
4-week themed sessions must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Class packs are transferable within your household, but are otherwise non-transferable.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
Payment Processing & Card Security
Rootling Studio uses secure third-party payment processing providers to handle online and card payments. By providing payment information, you authorize Rootling Studio and its payment processor to charge the applicable fees for registrations, class packs, sessions, products, or other services purchased.
We do not store full credit card numbers or security codes on our own systems. Payment information is handled in accordance with applicable security standards and may be processed through PCI-compliant payment systems where available.
Please ensure all payment information you provide is accurate and up to date. If a payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, your registration or booking may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled until payment is completed.
Any refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Rootling Studio is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or payment provider.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Class Pack Validity

3-Class Pack: valid for 2 months from purchase

5-Class Pack: valid for 3 months from purchase

10-Class Pack: valid for 4 months from purchase

25-Class Pack: valid for 6 months from purchase

50-Class Pack: valid for 12 months from purchase
Expired class packs cannot be refunded, extended, or reactivated.
Class Pack Refunds & Cancellations
Class packs are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase and are eligible for refund only if unused. Used class packs, expired packs, and class packs outside the 30-day refund window are not refundable. Class packs are transferable within the household. All class cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to retain the class credit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before class to retain your credit.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before class) and no-shows forfeit the class credit.
4-week themed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded once they have started.
Rootling Studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that Rootling Studio cancels a class, full credit or a refund will be provided.
Health & Safety
Participants attend at their own risk.
Please inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs before class.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising children in Sprouts & Stems classes.
All participants must follow studio safety guidelines and respect sensory-friendly protocols.
Conduct & Respect
All participants, instructors, and visitors are expected to treat the studio space and one another with kindness and respect.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal without refund.
Photography and recording require consent from the instructor and any affected participants.
Liability Waiver
By attending classes or events at Rootling Studio, you acknowledge and accept that participation involves inherent risks. You agree to release and waive Rootling Studio and Wallaceburg Wellness Inc. from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
Privacy
Personal information is collected and used only for registration, communication, and studio-related purposes.
We do not share your information with third parties except where required for payment processing, legal compliance, or as otherwise permitted by law.
